Questions on orders
How do I place an order?

A. Orders can be placed in 2 ways.  At the bottom of the product page, you’ll see a button labeled “add to shopping cart,” or “add to eProject.”  When you click this button, you will either be taken to the shopping cart, or your current eProject.  You will then be able to review, change, or add items prior to clicking the “place order” button at the bottom of the page.

How do I buy a finish from a package?

A. You can select a few items from a package, or you can select the whole thing!  When you click on a package, you are directed to a list of finishes that the package contains.  If you see something you like, clicking on the finish will allow you to select what product you want to put it on.  Then you can add it to your eProject, and go back for more finishes. 

How do I combine eProjects with shopping cart items?

A. Due to the differences between the two, eProject items and shopping cart items cannot be combined.

How do you delete entire eProject?

A. To make sure an eProject wasn’t deleted accidentally, we didn’t make a way to delete them.  You can save as many eProjects as you like, so there is really no need.  You can however remove all the contents from a project, which will effectively delete it.

Can I get special pricing on large orders?

A. If your order is sizeable enough to be quoted, a “request a quote” button will appear in the bottom of the eProject or shopping cart window.  This will send all the details to us, and we’ll get back to you with the best pricing possible.

Why haven’t I gotten an order confirmation email yet?

A. Order confirmation emails are sent to the email address on record for the user that has logged in.  If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, make sure your address is correct in your “my info” window.
